On its banks we can see a multitude of amphibians, as well as wildlife and birds that come to drink. In summer, they are one of the few reserves that hold up even in the most difficult years.
It is a point to make a short walk to the cemetery, which occupies a high point from which you can see the four cardinal points.
There are also paths that go into wilder areas, where there are remains of megaliths, shaped stones and a wonderful world that is yet to be discovered.
And we can always coincide with some domestic livestock returning to their stables after a day grazing in the countryside.
